Cancellation fees:
from deposit to 121 days prior is deposit $300 per person
from 120 to 61 days prior is 50%; from 60 to 31 days prior is 75%
from 20 to 15 days prior is 85%; and 14 days or lest to start date is 100%
Any additional items including airport transfers, hotels, additional tours , insurance etc. may be non-refundable.
Name changes are accepted without penalty up until 150 days prior, from 149 days to 15 days prior to departure a $500 per person amendment fee will apply.
** Insurance: medical coverage/trip cancellation/ trip interruption is available through Manulife and Tugo Insurance. Note there are several other insurance providers available. Insurance that may be required to be taken out within 72 hours of booking deposit.
