Savor the Rivers of Europe—French Style

Step aboard and indulge in a floating French culinary experience. With CroisiEurope managing all onboard catering, every ship becomes your personal French bistro as you cruise through Europe’s most scenic waterways.

Each meal is a celebration of French gastronomy. Under the guidance of Executive Chef Alain Bohn—recently inducted into the prestigious Maîtres Cuisiniers de France—CroisiEurope’s culinary team brings decades of expertise, having trained with Michelin legends like Paul Bocuse and Marc Haeberlin.

🍷 Mealtime Experience

Dining is offered in a single seating for both lunch and dinner, scheduled to align with the day’s excursions and activities. Guests are typically seated at tables of 4 to 8, thoughtfully arranged at embarkation with language preferences in mind.

Menus for lunch and dinner are posted at Reception each morning. Guests with dietary restrictions are encouraged to notify the cruise line at the time of booking, and alternate dishes can be prepared upon request. Celebratory meals or special requests should be arranged in advance.


🥐 Daily Dining Highlights

Breakfast
Served buffet-style during designated hours in the main restaurant. Expect a spread of fresh-baked breads, croissants, cereals, fruit, cold cuts, cheeses, pastries, yogurts, and juices. Select hot items are also available.

Lunch & Dinner
Enjoy full-service meals in a relaxed, single-sitting format. From April through October, house wines (by the bottle), beer, soft drinks, and mineral water are included. Meals feature multiple courses, with coffee and tea served afterward.

Gala Evening
A highlight near the end of your cruise, the Gala Dinner features a specially curated menu. While it’s a more elegant affair, formal attire is not required—just a touch of flair.

Bar & Lounge Service

Unlimited drinks onboard on all the main cruises.

Complimentary drinks include mineral water, fruit juices, soft drinks, tea, coffee, beer, most spirits and a large selection of wines. Not included are premium brands listed on the drink menus.
