While on board, a daily selection of complimentary wines, draft beers, and soft drinks are available to accompany your lunch and dinner. If you would like to extend our beverage service further, why not choose from our carefully created drinks packages?

Premium package 

Enjoy a range of soft drinks and bottled juices, as well as mocktails and non-alcoholic bottled beers. You’ll also have a choice of draft beers by the glass, as well as our red and white house wines by the glass. 

Platinum package 

For an alcohol-free tipple, take your choice of soft drinks, bottled juices, mocktails, and non-alcoholic bottled beers. For beer lovers, enjoy a range of international draft beers by the glass and a selection of bottled beers - and for wine connoisseurs, sample our white and red house wines or sparkling wine and Prosecco by the glass, or a selection of bottled wines^. You’ll also have a choice of house-brand spirits, cocktails, and long drinks to enjoy.

Emerald Platinum Protection Plan (“PPP”)

The Platinum Protection Plan (“PPP”) is available for new river and ocean cruising bookings for travel after 1 January 2022 for Scenic and Emerald Cruises (“Eligible Booking”). By adding this plan, you are covered if you unable to travel due to health reasons, or your travel plans are impacted by COVID-19, up to 31 days prior to departure with a 100% refund (less airline cancellation fees and PPP cost), or a 70% refund between 15 and 30 days prior to departure (less PPP cost).

The PPP must be purchased together with the Eligible Booking at time such booking is made and may not be added at a later date. The PPP is provided at a cost of $395 per person per river cruise, $495 per person per cruise on Emerald Cruises yacht cruising and $595 per person per cruise on Scenic Eclipse voyages (“PPP Fee”).
 
The PPP is not available on Oberammergau, Amazon and Galapagos cruises or land tours.

CANCELLATION DATES AND PENALTIES .

90 days and over $500.00 per person non-refundable

89-60 days prior to departure 35% of tour price non-refundable

59-30 days prior to departure 50% of tour price non-refundable

Less than 30 days prior to departure 100% of tour price non-refundable

Flights are non-refundable at time of ticketing and are Third Party.

 Offer is for new bookings only and not available for bookings using a Future Travel Credit (FTC) Voucher. 

 

AIR PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS . Terms and Conditions for Flight Promotions/Flight Purchase: Flight promotion: Offer applicable to this contracted sailing only, for new bookings made. Maximum flight cost including taxes not to exceed $1,850 per person. All flights must be booked by Emerald Cruises and are on airlines and routing of Emerald Cruises' choice. All flights are in Economy Class. Flights must be booked between 8-6 months prior to departure. If flights are not booked by 6 months to departure, Emerald Cruises reserves the right to remove the flight offer and replace it with the Air credit discount. Any flight upgrade/surcharge must be paid in full at time of ticketing. Once ticketed, flights are 100% non-refundable and non-transferrable. Name changes are not permitted. Fly from any of the 11 major Canadian cities: Calgary, Edmonton, Halifax, Montreal, Ottawa, Regina, Saskatoon, Toronto, Vancouver, Victoria, Winnipeg. Air Deviations or alternate departure cities, where applicable, where available, may incur additional non[1]refundable costs at time of booking. Schedules are subject to availability and groups may not be coordinated to travel together and must be booked by Emerald Cruises air department. Names must be as per passport and dates of birth on file when booking flights. If provided incorrectly and/or entered incorrectly and we have not been advised in writing to correct, will result in any additional costs to be passed on to the agency/client to correct and/or purchase a new ticket. Seat Selection: Emerald Cruises will provide you with ticket numbers where you may contact the airline directly for your seat selection. This is not Included. Information regarding seat selection can be found on the airline's website. Emerald Cruises is not to be held responsible should the airline have schedule/aircraft changes which results in your seat selection being cancelled. You must check with the airline should this occur.

 

MEDICAL, MOBILITY AND OTHER SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS . All medical, mobility and health issues must be noted in the booking record at time of booking. Forms are required to be completed in Trip Personaliser prior to final payment for those guests with mobility issues, health concerns, sleep apnea or oxygen machines, etc. Emerald Cruises cannot accommodate completely wheelchair bound guests. For safety and enjoyment of all involved, Emerald Cruises has the right to not accept guests with varied limitations. FLEXIBLE BOOKING PLAN & PLATINUM PROTECTION PLAN . Emerald Cruises offers both Flexible Booking Plan & Platinum Protection Plan. Both must be purchased at time of deposit and are non-refundable. TRANSFERS . Arrival and departure airport transfers are included as part of the packages providing guests arrive and depart on cruise/tour start and end dates. Transfers are not included for guests under their own arrangements. Transfers are not included between airport and hotel for pre- or post-tour unless booking is made by Emerald Cruises. It is your responsibility to ensure the parameters are met for arrival and departure for transfers if flights are not booked with Emerald Cruises. YOUNG TRAVELERS S Travelers less than 21 years of age on the departure date must be accompanied by and share a cabin with an adult. Children less than 12 years of age on the departure date are not accepted, except on a case-by-case basis. VACCINATIONS & DOCUMENTATION FOR TRAVEL S It is the sole responsibility of guests to ensure that they meet all entry requirements for vaccinations and documentation imposed by countries of entry and Emerald Cruises. Emerald Cruises is not responsible should guests require further testing or quarantine prior or after sailing. Emerald Cruises has the right to take all precautionary measures if guests require quarantining on ship. Compensation for same will not be given.

If You  do not obtain adequate travel insurance You accept You may not be able to recover costs in relation to Your Journey Price in the event of cancellation or material changes made to Your Journey  or itinerary.

"You" refers to yourself and all other members traveling with you or for whom you have made reservations on behalf.
